CareFree Homes communities may be found from the West and Northeast to East El Paso, and in Socorro and Horizon. CareFree Homes sales representatives are not only licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), but each of them is also a member of the local, state and National Associations of REALTORS®. The difference to you is that our representatives have each taken an oath to uphold the Code of Ethics which ensures fair treatment for you. Many builders do not offer this significant difference in their representatives.
With homes as low as $90,000, to homes over $300,000, CareFree Homes may not be a "custom" builder, but we make every effort to accommodate changes and/or upgrades. From the very beginning of your home purchase, we consult with you on changes, elevations, lighting fixtures, colors, cabinet choices, tile and carpet choices, counter top choices and more. You are involved in the entire process from start to finish in the building of YOUR HOME!
Our "standard features" include items that other builders may consider to be "upgrades." While each level of home size has its own standard feature plan, these are some of the features that are basic to every single one of our plans: ceramic tile flooring on all non-carpeted areas, pre-wire for three telephone jacks and three cable outlets, ceiling fan(s) with double switch at wall, basic security system, semi-gloss paint on interior walls, double paned windows, automatic garage door opener with at least one remote, brass handle set on front door, and landscaping allowance in most of our communities. Our Silver, Gold, and Platinum feature lists offer many more standard items as the home plans increase in size and value.
We walk through your home with you before you take possession. We want to address any concerns or questions you may have. All CareFree Homes are protected not only by the Builder's One Year Warranty on all items in your home, but by two-year manufacturer's warranties on most appliances, PLUS the 2-10 year Home Buyer's Warranty program which insures against structural defects through the 10th year of home ownership. We offer a 30-day follow-up check list and another at the end of the first 12 months. We offer this follow-up service to you because we stand behind our work; we stand behind YOUR HOME!
