Biography : Bill Stanton represents CareFree Homes in the Upper Valley at Valley Creek Community and East at the Tres Suenos Community in El Paso. Bill, an Eagle Scout, received his BBS from Arkansas State University and his MBA from Webster University. He served in the US Army from 1973 to 1983 and currently is assigned to the inactive reserves with the rank of Major. Bill holds the prestigious designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by the Council of Residential Specialists. Just one in 20 Realtors® has the experience and the advanced training necessary to call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist. Additionally, Bill holds the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation from the Texas Association of Realtors® and the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Bill also is an instructor at the Academy of Real Estate in El Paso. His knowledge and expertise enables him to assist the new home buyer through the construction and financing process of buying a new home. Bill is a Broker in Texas and Arizona, co-owner of Stanton Realty, a member of the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, Arizona Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.
